From Any Score to Rehearsal Ready.
Scanned, handwritten, inherited or half-finished: every chart comes back clean, consistent and ready for the stand, in Sibelius files you can keep using.
Before / after
What changes on the page
Drag the handle, or focus it and use the arrow keys, to compare a typical incoming chart with the same music after preparation.
This comparison is an illustration drawn for this site rather than client material, so it can be shown in full. Real before and after pages from past projects can be shared privately on request.
Full score vs parts
Two documents, one source of truth
Full score
- Every instrument on one page in concert or transposed pitch
- Bar numbers and rehearsal marks on every system
- Formatted for the conductor or MD stand
- Cue and tempo information for the whole band
Parts
- One player, one book, transposed for their instrument
- Cues from other instruments through long rests
- Page turns placed where the player has rests
- Matching rehearsal marks so every chair finds the same bar
Zoom in on the notation
Full score and parts
Every delivery includes a conductor's score and a matching set of extracted parts, each checked against the other before it leaves the studio.
Full score and part PDFs from recent work are available on request, so you can see the house style before you commit.

How a chart becomes rehearsal ready
- 01
Assess
You send what you have: scans, handwritten parts, PDFs, Finale or Sibelius files, MIDI. We check every chart and list what is missing or inconsistent.
- 02
Rebuild
Charts are rebuilt or migrated into Sibelius on a single house style, with consistent fonts, rehearsal marks, chord symbols and layout.
- 03
Proof
Notation QA: ranges, transpositions, cues, repeats, codas, page turns and part/score agreement are checked before anything is printed.
- 04
Deliver
Scores, parts and show books as print-ready PDFs, plus the Sibelius and MusicXML files and a library index you can keep using.

Rebuilding a 35-song chart library
A client's chart library had grown over the years into a mix of handwritten charts, scans and older notation files in different styles. Every song was rebuilt in Sibelius on one house style, with consistent rehearsal marks, chord symbols and page turns, then proofed part by part so the whole library reads as one set.
